Blame the people

Though there is the perpetual game of blaming the previous government for the mess that has befallen the country, it seems it is the right of the people to always demand more. Perhaps it is the people who are the problem. Though the Conservatives started out with grand ideas of restraint and responsibility, wails of fury rapidly effected change, especially as economies slumped around the world. That Canada survived, and showed improvement, is a measure of Conservative success. But as the people invariably want more, and the economy is again weak, a hedge against Liberal failure, is the alleged atrocity of the past.
