Face­book users will see fewer posts from busi­nesses, brands and the news me­dia af­ter the com­pany an­nounced the big­gest over­haul to its news feed for years. Mes­sages and pho­tos shared by friends and fam­i­lies will take pri­or­ity in­stead, Face­book shares dropped four per cent at the news.
