ALLEN DECRIES ‘HATCHET JOB’
Woody Allen has slammed HBO docuseries Allen v. Farrow as a “hatchet job,” after the first episode aired Sunday. The documentary looks into allegations by Dylan Farrow, Mia Farrow’s daughter with Allen, shown, that Allen molested Dylan when she was seven years old. It features interviews with Mia, Dylan and others, with Mia admitting she initially kept her life as a mother separate from her relationship with Allen because he had said he didn’t want to be a father. But in time, Allen “gradually” warmed to her children, and they adopted Dylan. Dylan later alleged Allen began showing “intense affection,” which led her to hide from him. “In time, what it became was there was nobody but the two of them,” Mia said. “He didn’t want to see the other kids, he wanted to see her. She started running away from him. She started locking herself in bathrooms.” Allen has always strongly denied these and other allegations.
