Commitment is a cornerstone of Steve Darley’s world. It was his passion for service and commitment to taking care of people that found him opening a franchise of Home Care Assistance, a home care provider, three years ago. “I was driven to being my own boss and am so happy with the decision to go out on my own. I looked long and hard at independently starting up or finding a great company to work with,” he says. Home Care Assistance’s reputation in the industry is strong because of their commitment to innovative programs and their focus on quality. “We are proud to provide a holistic core approach known as The Balanced Care Method . In addition we are committed to our cognitively impaired clients, and have created an in-home activity program called The Cognitive Therapeutics Method which stimulates the mind.” The secret to their success is to surround themselves with the best people. “We aim to hire the best caregivers and office staff, train and engage them in our mission. They are the ones who spread the word and attract great clients.” And their clients are comforted in the knowledge that they provide the best.
