Always at the forefront of trends, taking over the operations of his investment in EDO was Barry Chaim’s third career. Strategy, branding and execution were always his strengths. After having won awards for design and innovation, he took his experience, drive, vision and passion to EDO where the innovative menu, approach to excellence in customer service, and care for his guests and staff were rewarded by recognition by the media and the line-ups at the door. In 2017, EDO is celebrating 30 years of providing leading-edge, high-quality Japanese cuisine to its community. Over the years, its customers have grown to appreciate a cuisine previously little known and appreciated. With the experience of what its loyal clientele have enjoyed and learned with the pioneering at EDO, and with the growing sophistication and knowledge that its clientele has acquired, EDO will be reopening later this year with contemporary Japanese cuisine that will bring a new approach to a long tradition of the highest quality and freshest ingredients. EDO is providing an opportunity to its devoted customers to sample the menu before the official opening by contacting EDO through reopening@edorestaurants.com.
