The life of Brian

North Toronto Post - - Homes -

For many people, perusing photos of impossibly perfect homes with their luxurious decor is an enjoyable pastime. Interior designer Brian Gluckstein has published a book to delight those readers, and it’ll be hitting bookshelves this September. You’ll recognize his name from his eponymous home decor line (the towels are to die for) or his appearances on shows such as Cityline. In Gluckstein:

The Art of Home, he gives readers a peek inside some of the most beautiful homes he’s designed, including his own. From the antiques he’s collected over the years to his two-storey library, Gluckstein walks you through each room, and why he designed it just so. The rest of the pages document nine other properties from a tailored beach house to an uptown New York studio.

BOOKS IN THE BATH Gluckstein’s tub is surrounded by built-in bookshelves.
