Don’t let any­one tell you pret­zels aren’t a break­fast food. Grant Van Gameren’s East­ern Eu­ro­pean wa­ter­ing hole does hefty brunch plates fes­tooned with enough kiel­basa, ce­vapi, smoked mack­erel, sauer­kraut and, yes, doughy soft pret­zels (served with eggs and beef stroganoff) to sat­isfy even the pick­i­est bab­cia – and kill the tough­est hang­over.
