rust, conflict and collaboration: All affect the dynamics of a team and its success in achieving a goal. But how can a manager measure the effectiveness of a team?

He spoke to Elizabeth Howell about how managers can think differently about project teams, as well as offering ideas on how they can measure and improve their success.
