Feen­ics has ex­panded its sales force with the ap­point­ment of Fadi Ha­j­jar as direc­tor of sales for Canada. Mr. Ha­j­jar will be re­spon­si­ble for ex­pand­ing the com­pany’s foot­print for the Keep by Feen­ics cloud­hosted se­cu­rity man­age­ment plat­form and bring­ing new sys­tems in­te­gra­tors into the com­pany’s value-added re­seller pro­gram.

Richard Ma­honey joined McMil­lan LLP as part­ner and leader of the com­pany’s na­tional prac­tice and cor­po­rate gover­nance group. A former se­nior po­lit­i­cal ad­viser and pres­i­dent of the On­tario Lib­eral Party, Mr. Ma­honey brings ex­pe­ri­ence in the en­ergy, pub­lic in­fra­struc­ture, telecom­mu­ni­ca­tions, fi­nan­cial ser­vices, tech­nol­ogy and land use and plan­ning fields.

Jil­lian Mor­gan has been ap­pointed lead of the Abo­rig­i­nal trans­la­tion unit at win­trans­la­tion. Ms. Mor­gan, who grew up speak­ing Mo­hawk, will be tasked with cre­at­ing con­nec­tions with Abo­rig­i­nal

com­mu­ni­ties and work­ing with them to help seek out na­tive speak­ers.

Cloud au­to­ma­tion com­pany Em­botics an­nounced that Scott Davis has joined

the com­pany as chief tech­nol­ogy of­fi­cer. Mr. Davis will be re­spon­si­ble for man­ag­ing tech­nol­ogy and prod­uct strat­egy for vCom­man­der, the com­pany’s so­lu­tion for hy­brid cloud au­to­ma­tion. He will also head up the of­fice of the CTO, an ad­vanced tech­nol­ogy team.
