Canada’s public health agency has reported this country’s first fetus with “severe neurological congenital anomalies” resulting from the Zika virus. A story published Aug. 12 used the term “baby” in several instances, and may have left an inaccurate impression with readers. The health agency on Friday confirmed the child has not yet been born.
