Rideau-Carleton Casino gets earful from unhappy patron
A recent outing to the Rideau-Carleton Casino was anything but fun. At some point the volume of the music was turned up so much that it was unbearable. Combined with the sound of the machines, talking was impossible.
Everybody was complaining, many tried talking to management but it only reached “deaf ears” (pun intended).
Their solution: They distributed EAR PLUGS! If this is the future of the casino, then count me out. Aviva King, Ottawa
