Ottawa man dies in head-on crash
An Ottawa man was killed in a July 31 head-on collision on County Road 17 in Champlain Township, Hawkesbury OPP confirmed Tuesday. Momtaz Francis, 73, was pronounced dead at the scene. There were no passengers.
