Mooshu’s Liz Mok is innovating the ice cream scene again, creating a signature bubble waffle cone to encircle her scooped ice cream. The bubble waffle, a.k.a. Hong Kong’s most popular street snack, is crispy on the outside, spongy inside, and perfect for dipping into your ice cream.
