On the Bubble

Ottawa Magazine - - TOO HOT TO COOK -

Mooshu’s Liz Mok is innovating the ice cream scene again, creating a signature bubble waffle cone to encircle her scooped ice cream. The bubble waffle, a.k.a. Hong Kong’s most popular street snack, is crispy on the outside, spongy inside, and perfect for dipping into your ice cream. Potential summer ice cream flavours include strawberry, raspberry frozen yogurt, shiso chip, and vegan sour cherry rum. $3-$7. Mooshu Ice Cream & Kitchen, 477 Bank St.
