TIMID TORIES

Ottawa Sun - - COMMENT -

Lorrie Goldstein is spot on with his analysis about the federal Conservatives and that is that they are afraid to associate with their namesake. Give the Grits credit, they often come out with ridiculous policy and at times inane statements, but they fall in line when it comes to guarding the fort and if one of them steps out of that line they are ostracized.

On the other hand, the Tories appear timid and are always afraid of how the media or political pundits might portray them instead of sticking to their core beliefs. Andrew Scheer has a tough road ahead, I don’t envy him.
