El­bow mac­a­roni But­ter or lard Can of stewed toma­toes Can of tomato sauce 1¼ cups of grated cheese (half ched­dar/half moz­zarella) 1. Add the dry mac­a­roni to boil­ing wa­ter and cook for 8-10 min­utes. Drain the mac­a­roni and place in greased bak­ing dish. 2. Add the stewed toma­toes and tomato sauce, and sprin­kle in a cup of the cheese. Stir to mix. Sprin­kle re­main­der of cheese on top. 3. Cover and bake in oven at 350° F for 25 min­utes.
