SUNDAY MACARONI AND CHEESE
Elbow macaroni Butter or lard Can of stewed tomatoes Can of tomato sauce 1¼ cups of grated cheese (half cheddar/half mozzarella) 1. Add the dry macaroni to boiling water and cook for 8-10 minutes. Drain the macaroni and place in greased baking dish. 2. Add the stewed tomatoes and tomato sauce, and sprinkle in a cup of the cheese. Stir to mix. Sprinkle remainder of cheese on top. 3. Cover and bake in oven at 350° F for 25 minutes.
