4 lbs pork spareribs, cut into serv­ing-size pieces / cup olive oil 14 2 tbsp lemon juice 3 gar­lic cloves, minced 1 tsp salt 1 tsp dried rose­mary, crushed 1 tsp paprika / tsp dried oregano 12 / tsp dried mar­jo­ram 12 Prep Time : 50 min­utes Grill Time: 15 min­utes Yields: 4-5 serv­ings 1. Place ribs in two un­greased 13-in. x 9-in. bak­ing pans. Cover and bake at 350°F for 45-55 min­utes or un­til meat is ten­der. 2. In a small bowl, com­bine the re­main­ing in­gre­di­ents. Brush over ribs. Grill, un­cov­ered, over medium-hot heat for 6-8 min­utes on each side or un­til lightly browned, brush­ing oc­ca­sion­ally with herb mix­ture.
