2 cups fresh or frozen cran­ber­ries / cup wa­ter 34 / cup su­gar

13 6 bone­less skin­less chicken breast halves (4 oz. each) / tsp salt 12 / tsp pep­per 14 1 tbsp canola oil

/ cup maple syrup 14 Prep/to­tal Time: 30 min­utes Yields: 6 serv­ings 1. In a small saucepan, com­bine the cran­ber­ries, wa­ter and su­gar. Cook over medium heat un­til berries pop, about 15 min­utes. 2. Mean­while, sprin­kle chicken with salt and pep­per. In a large non-stick skil­let, cook chicken in oil over medium heat for 4-5 min­utes on each side or un­til juices run clear. Stir syrup into cran­berry mix­ture and serve with chicken
