CANDIED FRUIT CRANBERRY CHUTNEY
4 cups fresh or frozen
cranberries 2 cups packed brown sugar 1 medium apple, peeled and diced / cup white vinegar 34 / cup mixed candied fruit, 34 chopped / tsp ground ginger 12 / tsp ground allspice 14 / tsp ground mustard 14 / to / tsp ground cloves 18 14 Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes + cooling Yields: 5 cups 1. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Cool.
