INGREDIENTS 2 medium apples, peeled
and chopped 1 cup sugar 1 cup fresh cranberries / cup wheat berries 12 / cup quinoa, rinsed 12 / cup oat bran 12 / cup medium pearl barley 12 / cup chopped walnuts 12 / cup packed brown sugar 12 11/ to 2 tsp ground cinnamon 2
6 cups water Milk Prep Time: 10 minutes Bake Time: 4 hours Yields: 10 servings 1. In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine the first 11 ingredients. Cook, covered, on low 4-5 hours or until grains are tender. Serve with milk.
