Sonia Maendel of Newton, Man., captured this adorable pic of her nephews, Jakobi (left) and Terrance, walking in a nearby canola field. “The boys’ mom, Karen, loves the colour yellow. So when they saw the canola in full bloom, they picked some to take home to her,” shares Sonia.

Jennifer Franzin of Winnipeg writes, ”I snapped this shot of my daughters, Isabella, who’s six (left) and Keira, eight, in Sioux Narrows, Ont., last year. Some days they fight and other days they are each other’s very best friend. Moments like this are what a parent lives for. It shows the unwavering love they have for each other— I pray that this will carry them through all the days of their lives.”

Rena Nixon of New Minas, N.S., says,”we had decided to go for a walk along the trail at a farmers’ market after checking out the animals there. My grandson, Luke, and granddaughter, Grace, chose to hold hands all on their own while walking ahead of their mother and me. I was able to grab a quick photo of this special moment.”
