Method:

In a cock­tail shaker add 3 peach slices, 1.5 oz. of WGW, 0.5 oz. lime juice. 0.5 oz. sim­ple syrup and gen­tly mud­dle.

Add ice and shake.

Pour into a collins galss.

Add more ice if necessary and top with 2 oz. of soda wa­ter.

Gar­nish with a sprig of basil.
