Cal­i­for­nia-based Juiced Bikes has re­cently in­tro­duced the new Scram­bler, a ’70s-style mini e-bike, in­spired by the days when ba­nana seats and chop­pers ruled the as­phalt. Yet each of the three

Scram­bler mod­els – Camp, City and Hy­per – feature what Juiced calls a “class-leading” 52V bat­tery plat­form with 750W or 1,100W op­tions, ad­vanced LCD dis­play, hy­draulic disc brakes, air-sus­pen­sion fork, Shi­mano driv­e­train and more. Set to hit the crowd-fund­ing site Indiegogo in July 2018, de­liv­ery is ex­pected in Spring 2019 with re­tail pric­ing of $1,699 [US] to $2,799 [US] de­pend­ing on the model, but Indiegogo pre-or­ders are $1,499 [US].
