Af­ter re-launch­ing the Madone in 2016, Trek has be­come well known for its ul­tra-aero­dy­namic frame­set with a ded­i­ca­tion to in­te­gra­tion. The Madone 9.0 uses the same wind-cheat­ing frame, but is eas­ier on the wal­let. Trek’s IsoSpeed de­cou­pler is also fea­tured on the Madone 9.0, pro­vid­ing a smoother ride, in­creas­ing ver­ti­cal com­pli­ance in the seat­tube. The Madone is avail­able with Trek’s H2 ge­om­e­try, which pro­vides a more com­fort­able fit for most rid­ers. The groupset is Shi­mano Ul­te­gra, which de­liv­ers reliable the shift­ing and brak­ing. The SRP starts at $5,499.
