The host Richmond Sockeyes hoisted the trophy, beating their Pacific league rivals Delta Ice Hawks 5-1 in the championship tilt.
Campbell River blasted Kimberley 9-0 on Saturday in the last round-robin game at the fourteam provincial Junior-B championship, ending the Dynamiters hopes of playing in the gold-medal game.
Brock Palmer had two goals and two assists for the Dynamiters, who overturned a 1-0 deficit with six unanswered second-period goals and one more in the third.
Cooper Page and Cam Russell also scored and Devon Langelaar had three assists for the Dynamiters, who had a 30-17 edge in shots on goal.
Pearce Messer scored for Campbell River, which will host next year’s Cyclone Taylor Cup.
In the championship game, Tyler Andrews scored twice as the Sockeyes overcame an early 1-0 deficit to defeat Delta.
Ian Ross, Tyler Whitney and Noah Wozney into an empty net also scored for Richmond, who led 2-1 and 4-1 at the period breaks.
Daniel Rubin scored for Delta, who outshot the Sockeyes 32-27.
