Health and crafts share spotlight in winery series

Grizzli Winery has launched its Fall Collectif — a series of workshops and free health seminars.

The health seminars include:

Sunday, Oct. 25, 1 p.m. — Timeless Beauty: Aging Gracefully From the Inside-Out and the Outside-In. Dr. Alana Hendrickson, a naturopathic physician at The Helix Clinic in Kelowna will talk about how to approach aging well.

Sunday, Jan. 31, 1 — Mental Health: What’s it all about? Beki and Olivia from CMHA Kelowna’s Discovery College will let participants in on their favourite wellness topics and tools.
