Miss­ing Kin­caid man found dead, two peo­ple ar­rested

A miss­ing Kin­caid man was found dead and now two peo­ple have been ar­rested. Grav­el­bourg RCMP sought the pub­lic’s as­sis­tance in lo­cat­ing 48-year-old Claude Landry of Kin­caid. Landry was last seen in Grav­el­bourg on July 12. RCMP have not stated if his body has been found but two peo­ple have been charged.

On July 21, RCMP ar­rested 74-year-old Robert Arams of Grav­el­bourg, SK, in re­la­tion to the dis­ap­pear­ance of Claude Landry who was re­ported miss­ing on July 13. Arams has been charged with:

-First De­gree Mur­der, Sec. 235(1), Crim­i­nal Code -In­dig­nity to a Body, Sec. 182(b), Crim­i­nal Code He ap­peared in Regina Pro­vin­cial Court on July 23. On July 23, RCMP ar­rested a sec­ond in­di­vid­ual in re­la­tion to the dis­ap­pear­ance of Landry. 42-year-old David Earl Pren­tice of Lafleche, has been charged with: - In­dig­nity to a Body, Sec. 182(b), Crim­i­nal Code He made his first ap­pear­ance in Regina Pro­vin­cial Court at 9:30 this morn­ing.

The in­ves­ti­ga­tion re­mains on­go­ing.
