Po­lice seize stolen prop­erty

Po­lice have seized stolen prop­erty from break-and-en­ters from the Saska­toon, Prince Al­bert, Ni­pawin and Tis­dale ar­eas af­ter stop­ping a man and woman in a stolen truck Tues­day.

On Septem­ber 12 at about 5:15 a.m., Tis­dale RCMP re­sponded to a com­plaint of a truck and trailer that was stolen out of the Ni­pawin area head­ing to­wards Tis­dale. The ve­hi­cle was lo­cated in Tis­dale and a man and woman were ar­rested. Po­lice searched the ve­hi­cle and lo­cated the stolen prop­erty, link­ing the sus­pects to a rash of breakand-en­ters and thefts in the Saska­toon, Prince Al­bert, Ni­pawin and Tis­dale.

The sus­pects were held in cus­tody and due in court this morn­ing. Tis­dale and Ni­pawin RCMP con­tinue to in­ves­ti­gate.
