I’m a huge foodie so mak­ing healthy de­li­cious food is one of the things I love most. I be­came a veg­e­tar­ian and been try­ing out new recipes, and through some trial and er­ror, I stum­bled upon an amaz­ing smoothie recipe: Add a hand­ful of kale and spinach, frozen pineap­ple and half a ba­nana (I like to pre-cut and freeze my ba­nana’s so that i don’t have to use ice), and then add co­conut wa­ter to the blen­der at about the same height as the in­gre­di­ents (add a lit­tle pro­tein pow­der to it if you like). Blend it all up and you have a de­li­cious way to start your day (I prom­ise you can't taste the kale or spinach!).

Also, I have fallen in love th­ese lit­tle flat­breads I've been do­ing with av­o­cado, hum­mus, sprouts, toma­toes, ba­nana pep­pers and a sprin­kle of feta cheese with cracked pep­per on top. They have kind of be­come my go-to snack.
