I’m a huge foodie so making healthy delicious food is one of the things I love most. I became a vegetarian and been trying out new recipes, and through some trial and error, I stumbled upon an amazing smoothie recipe: Add a handful of kale and spinach, frozen pineapple and half a banana (I like to pre-cut and freeze my banana’s so that i don’t have to use ice), and then add coconut water to the blender at about the same height as the ingredients (add a little protein powder to it if you like). Blend it all up and you have a delicious way to start your day (I promise you can't taste the kale or spinach!).
Also, I have fallen in love these little flatbreads I've been doing with avocado, hummus, sprouts, tomatoes, banana peppers and a sprinkle of feta cheese with cracked pepper on top. They have kind of become my go-to snack.
