The 11th edi­tion of Nuit Blanche in Toronto will have more than 80 art projects on dis­play with four cu­rated ex­hi­bi­tions pro­duced by the City of Toronto. Th­ese art projects were cre­ated by lo­cal, na­tional and in­ter­na­tional artists who de­vel­oped oneof- a- kind in­stal­la­tions that help trans­form the city from sun­down to sun- up once a year. The cu­rated ex­hi­bi­tions in­clude Mil­i­tant Nos­tal­gia, which is made up of 10 in­di­vid­ual artis­tic projects that look back at the past while look­ing for­ward to the present and fu­ture; And The Trans­for­ma­tion Re­veals, which ex­plores the mys­tery of trans­for­ma­tion through mul­ti­ple art in­stal­la­tions that stretch along Bay Street from Dun­das Street to Front Street; Fac­ing the Sky, which will see 10 projects in­spired by the sky; and Obliv­ion, which fea­tures three mon­u­men­tal projects lo­cated at Nathan Phillips Square and City Hall that ex­plore the sun, the wa­ter and the Earth.
