Richmond Hill Post - - The Kids -

Confidence, discipline, respect and fun are the focus of the children’s program at Summit Karate School, and qualified and experienced instructors are positive role models, who gently and patiently coach children of all ages and temperaments in the art of self-defence. The benefits of karate for children are numerous and include increased attention spans for active kids as well as enhanced co-ordination, confidence, selfesteem and self-discipline. Classes for preschoolers (ages 3 1/2 to 5) and schoolage children are offered daily; times vary from day to day. Karate is also an ideal family activity, creating fun and providing a sense of achievement as members wend their way through the different belt levels. For added convenience, Summit offers separate but simultaneous classes for children and adults. For adults, karate helps relieve stress, tones muscles and bolsters confidence, and everyone’s schedule is accommodated with Summit’s morning and evening classes. We also offer cardio-kick boxing the ultimate cardio workout!
