Sackville Schools 2020 be­gins pub­lic ses­sions

An­glo­phone East District Ed­u­ca­tion Coun­cil host­ing meet­ing Oct. 16

The fu­ture of Sackville’s schools will be the fo­cus of three up­com­ing pub­lic meet­ings.

The first will be kicked off with an open­ing re­cep­tion hosted by Sackville Schools 2020 Tues­day, Oct. 16 at Tantra­mar Re­gional High School be­gin­ning at 6 p.m. and in­cludes a light din­ner.

This event is free and open to the pub­lic. It will pro­vide in­ter­ested in­di­vid­u­als with the op­por­tu­nity to meet and visit prior to a Pre­sen­ta­tion by Of­fice of Su­per­in­ten­dent at 7 p.m.

The chair and all mem­bers of the An­glo­phone East District Ed­u­ca­tion Coun­cil will be in­vited to at­tend.

More in­for­ma­tion about the sus­tain­abil­ity study can be found on the An­glo­phone East School Ac­cord­ing to the District’s web­site, District web­site, there will be an ex­pla­na­tion of the process and a pre­sen­ta­tion of facts. Staff of An­glo­phone East School District will gather and or­ga­nize in­for­ma­tion and there will be an op­por­tu­nity to ask ques­tions re­lated to the pre­sen­ta­tion.
