Savour - - SCRUMPTIOUS SUMMER RECIPES - A clas­sic gin and tonic with a hint of liquorice star anise

1 star anise 1 oz Okana­gan Spir­its Gin

scoop of ice splash of Fen­ti­men’s Tonic Wa­ter Place one star anise in a shaker and crush it with a mud­dler (2 hits). Add 1 ounce Okana­gan Spir­its Gin and a scoop of ice. Shake. Add fresh ice into a rocks glass. Dou­ble strain into the glass re­mov­ing any star anise bits. Top up with Fen­ti­men’s Tonic Wa­ter. Gar­nish with a star anise and a lime wheel. En­joy!
