United Way of Stor­mont, Dun­das & Glen­garry would like to an­nounce the re­cent elected mem­bers to the Board of Direc­tors: Danny Aik­man, deputy chief of po­lice, C o r n w a l l Com­mu­nity Po­lice Ser­vice; Todd Lalonde, em­ployee with the City of Corn­wall and trus­tee of Catholic District School Board of East­ern On­tario; Do­minique Pay­ment, re­cruit­ing man­ager, StarTek Corn­wall; and Michael Pa­que­tte, district man­ager, Cana­dian Fed­er­a­tion of In­de­pen­dent Busi­ness.

“ We are ob­vi­ously pleased to add th­ese four very strong in­di­vid­u­als to our team of vol­un­teers at the board level,” ex­claimed Board Chair Kevin Wil­son. “ They each come to us with a rep­u­ta­tion of in­tegrity and ‘ get­ting the job done’ all in the name of the over­all well-be­ing of our com­mu­nity.”

United Way board mem­bers are elected for a three-year term, re­new­able for an ad­di­tional three-year max­i­mum.
