He was lo­cated walk­ing on Leitch Drive by a mem­ber of the Corn­wall Com­mu­nity Po­lice Ser­vice pa­trol di­vi­sion on that date. He was ar­rested and held for court. Corn­wall, Ont. – A 26 year-old Corn­wall male turned him­self into po­lice on the 10th of June, 2010 for a do­mes­tic re­lated in­ci­dent. It is al­leged that on the pre­vi­ous day, he had an ar­gu­ment with his 23 year-old com­mon-law spouse. Po­lice al­lege that dur­ing the ar­gu­ment, he put her up against a wall and struck her in the head, then grabbed her by the throat. Po­lice fur­ther al­lege that he grabbed her hand and squeezed it caus­ing in­jury. Po­lice also al­lege that he threat­ened to kill the vic­tim. Po­lice were con­tacted and an in­ves­ti­ga­tion com­menced. She was trans­ported to the hos­pi­tal for med­i­cal at­ten­tion. The male was aware that po­lice were look­ing to speak with him re­gard­ing the in­ves­ti­ga­tion and he sub­se­quently turned him­self in. He was ar­rested for As­sault and Threats to Life and held in cus­tody un­til court. His name is not be­ing re­leased as it may iden­tify the vic­tim in this in­ci­dent. Corn­wall, Ont. – An­nette Guin­don, 45, of No For­ward­ing Ad­dress turned her­self into po­lice on the 10th of June, 2010. It is al­leged that she was bound by a Peace Bond with a con­di­tion to Keep the Peace and be of Good Be­hav­iour. Po­lice al­lege that on the 05th of June, 2010 she at­tended a res­i­dence and as­saulted a fe­male rel­a­tive. The fe­male did not re­quire med­i­cal at­ten­tion at the time of the in­ci­dent. Po­lice were con­tacted and an in­ves­ti­ga­tion com­menced. She turned her­self into po­lice and was ar­rested for As­sault and Breach of Peace Bond. She was re­leased to ap­pear in court on the 15th of July, 2010 to an­swer to the charges.

Corn­wall, Ont. – A 13 year-old Corn­wall youth was ar­rested on the 10th of June, 2010 for breach­ing his con­di­tions. He was bound by a Pro­ba­tion Or­der with a cur­few con­di­tion, to Keep the Peace and be of Good Be­hav­iour and to ab­stain from hav­ing any con­tact with a spe­cific male youth. He was fur­ther bound by an Un­der­tak­ing Or­der with a cur­few con­di­tion and to Keep the Peace and be of Good Be­hav­iour. It is al­leged that on the 10th of June, 2010 he was lo­cated by po­lice walk­ing on Pitt Street while in the com­pany of the youth. He was ar­rested for 3 counts of Breach of Pro­ba­tion and 2 counts of Breach of Un­der­tak­ing. He was held for court to an­swer to the charges. His name is not be­ing re­leased due to pro­vi­sions un­der the Youth Crim­i­nal Jus­tice Act. Corn­wall, Ont. – An 18 year-old Corn­wall fe­male was ar­rested on the 10th of June, 2010 for ut­ter­ing a threat and breach of her con­di­tion. She was bound by a Pro­ba­tion Or­der with a con­di­tion to Keep the Peace and be of Good Be­hav­iour. It is al­leged that she at­tended the res­i­dence of an exboyfriend and ut­tered a death threat. Po­lice were con­tacted and an in­ves­ti­ga­tion com­menced. She was charged ac­cord­ingly and re­leased to ap­pear in court on the 13th of July, 2010 to an­swer to the charges. Her name is not be­ing re­leased as it may iden­tify the vic­tim in this in­ci­dent. Corn­wall, Ont. – A 50 year-old Corn­wall fe­male was ar­rested on the 10th of June, 2010 for a do­mes­tic re­lated in­ci­dent. It is al­leged that she had an ar­gu­ment with her 54 year-old com­mon-law spouse at which time she pointed a knife at him. Po­lice were con­tacted and an in­ves­ti­ga­tion com­menced. She was ar­rested for As­sault with a weapon and held for court to an­swer to the charge. Her name is not be­ing re­leased as it may iden­tify the vic­tim in this in­ci­dent.

ACorn­wall, Ont. – A 17 year-old New­ing­ton youth was ar­rested on the 11th of June, 2010 dur­ing a rou­tine traf­fic stop. It is al­leged that he was in pos­ses­sion of a con­trolled sub­stance, be­lieved to be mar­i­juana while a pas­sen­ger in a mo­tor ve­hi­cle. He was ar­rested for Pos­ses­sion of a Con­trolled Sub­stance and re­leased to ap­pear in court on the 22nd of July, 2010 to an­swer to the charge. His name is with­held due to pro­vi­sions un­der the Youth Crim­i­nal Jus­tice Act.

Corn­wall, Ont. – Dou­glas Bienkowski, 19, of Ak­we­sasne turned him­self into po­lice on the 11th of June, 2010 on the strength of out­stand­ing war­rants for Fail­ing to At­tend Court, Fail­ing to At­tend for Fin­ger­prints, Pos­ses­sion of a Con­trolled Sub­stance and Breach of Pro­ba­tion. He was held in cus­tody un­til court the fol­low­ing day.
