Ro­tary Clubs hold Paul Har­ris recog­ni­tion evening

CORN­WALL, On­tario - On Wed­nes­day, April 18, 2018, the Ro­tary Club of Corn­wall Sun­rise and the Ro­tary Club of Corn­wall held their an­nual Paul Har­ris Din­ner and Awards. The Paul Har­ris Awards are pre­sented an­nu­ally by the lo­cal Ro­tary clubs in recog­ni­tion of the con­tri­bu­tions the hon­orees have made to Ro­tary and to their. The re­cip­i­ents of the Paul Har­ris Award have been gen­er­ous with their time, their en­ergy and their fi­nan­cial con­tri­bu­tions and are de­serv­ing of this pres­ti­gious recog­ni­tion.

This year recog­ni­tion fo­cused upon the con­tri­bu­tions women have made to Ro­tary over the past thirty years when women were first ad­mit­ted to Ro­tary mem­ber­ship world­wide.

Re­cip­i­ents of the Paul Har­ris Award for 2018 from the Ro­tary Club of Corn­wall Sun­rise were Carol Ben­nett Bray, Danielle Brouil­let, Marie Say­ers, Irene Cas­tle, Linda Eamer and Fa­ther Kevin Maloney.

The suc­cess ac­com­plish­ments de­pends upon the fam­i­lies of the Ro­tar­i­ans and the Ro­tary Club of Corn­wall Sun­rise is no ex­cep­tion. With­out vol­un­teers like th­ese, many of Ro­tary’s pro­grams and fundrais­ing suc­cesses would not ex­ist.
