Air cadets from Massey-vanier squadron par­tic­i­pate in glider fa­mil­iar­iza­tion flight

Air cadets from the 725 Massey­vanier Squadron par­tic­i­pated in a glider fa­mil­iar­iza­tion flight on Satur­day, Oc­to­ber 21 at the Bromont Roland-dé­sourdy air­port.

Staff from the east­ern re­gion Re­gional Cadets Sup­port Unit ac­com­pa­nied 20 cadets from the 725 Squadron to ac­quire flight ex­pe­ri­ence aboard a Sch­weizer SGS 2-33 glider.

During their train­ing, air cadets get a chance to learn about the many as­pects of flight as well as in­for­ma­tion about the mil­i­tary, avi­a­tion, and civil aero­space ca­reer paths.
