The Knowlton Lions support the Brome Missisquoi Youth Foundation

At a recent meeting the members of the Knowlton Lions Club agreed to give a contribution of $1,000 to the Brome Missisquoi Youth Foundation (BMYF). The local Lions Club wanted to recognize the exceptional work of the foundation in helping Montérégie youth at risk aged 12 to 17 years old.

The BMYF is a non-profit, philanthropic organization that currently owns and maintains three Houses of Hope for Montérégie youth. They offer a well-supervised, structured, safe, quiet, supportive, and constructive environment as well as a scholarship fund for trade and academic courses.
