Free hol­i­day feast in port el­gin

a small army of vol­un­teer elves will help pro­vide a free christ­mas feast in Port el­gin dec. 24 at the fifth an­nual com­mu­nity christ­mas eve din­ner at the liv­ing hope cen­tre in maple square mall.

last year, ap­prox­i­mately 250 peo­ple en­joyed the meal of­fered by Pier don­nini, owner of The Queen’s bar & grill fea­tur­ing turkey, mashed pota­toes, stuff­ing, gravy, baked pasta, bread and but­ter, coleslaw, salad and pie, and special treats for any kids.

For those who can’t get to the feast, a de­liv­ery ser­vice is of­fered in saugeen shores and saugeen First na­tion by call­ing 519-832-6331 be­fore dec. 21.
