QUICK BROC­COLI RICE BAKE

2 cups (500 mL) frozen chopped broc­coli, thawed 2 cups (500 mL) cooked long grain rice 2 cups (500 mL) diced cooked tur­key 1 can (10 oz/284 g) ched­dar cheese soup 1/2 cup (125 mL) light sour cream 1/4t sp (1 mL) freshly ground pep­per Dash hot pep­per sauce 1/2 cup (125 mL) but­tered crumbs

Com­bine all in­gre­di­ents ex­cept but­tered crumbs. Spoon mix­ture into a deep 6 cup (1.5 L), greased casse­role. Sprin­kle with crumbs. Bake at 350 F (175 C) for 30 min­utes or un­til heated through. Serves 4 - 6.
