The Herring Cutbait from Freedom Tackle Corp. is a floating hard-body trolling lure designed to present a tantalizing rolling action and is known to be especially effective when trolled on its own, behind a flasher, or paddle. The Cutbait, which is available in 8.9 cm (3.5 in) or 13 cm (5 in) sizes, can also be used behind a dipsy or is a great choice to use when down rigging as it covers the complete water column, from top to bottom. All lures in the series are Uv-coated and select models are available with glow paint to accommodate various conditions.
