Five people, including an infant, received minor injuries when a car and truck collided early Thursday in northeast St. Thomas.
St. Thomas police are investigating a fiery crash that destroyed two vehicles and left five people with minor injuries.
Police were called to the intersection of Ron McNeil Line and Highbury Avenue just after midnight Wednesday. A northbound truck made a sudden left turn into a parking lot in the path of a southbound car. The car slammed into the passenger side of the truck, police said.
Shortly after the crash the truck caught fire, which spread to the car, police said.
Two adults from the truck and two adults and an infant from the car were taken to hospital in London. Only minor injuries were reported, police said.
