Breakfast on the Bay

Stanstead Journal - - NEWS -

TheFitch Bay Community Centre’s monthly breakfasts have been popular over the winter, attracting around 25 citizens each month. “The breakfast is prepared by volunteers, sometimes from the Association des proprietaries or it could be just a group of friends,” mentioned Rejean Charbonneau, one of the organizers. The price for the delicious Saturday morning breakfast is a freewill donation, or as Mr. Charbonneau likes to call it, a ‘Donativo’, which is Spanish.

The team from the Community Centre is starting to plan their St. Jean Baptiste celebration and would like to get some input from young families about activities. For more information about the Centre, call Micheline Roberge at 819 876-5496.
