Bridges get­ting in­spected

Many­lo­cal bridges are get­ting in­spected be­tween April 26th and May 2nd. Yes­ter­day, the bridges in Water­ville over the Coat­i­cook River on Prin­ci­pale Street and in Hat­ley Town­ship on route 108 over the Mas­saw­ippi River were in­spected. To­day, the bridges on the 206 over the Pont Rouge creek in Coat­i­cook, on Bald­win over the Pratt Creek in Coat­i­cook and on Chemin Kat­e­vale in Ste-Cather­ine de Hat­ley will be in­spected. On the 28th, the bridges on au­toroute 10, east and west, that cross over the North Road in Austin will be in­spected. On the 29th, the bridge on route 251 that crosses the Salmon River in Clifton gets in­spected. On May 2nd, the bridges on route 147 over the Coat­i­cook River in Dixville and on Chemin des Pelerins over Dor­man creek in Sher­brooke will get in­spected.

Dur­ing the in­spec­tions, one lane out of two will be closed and traf­fic will al­ter­nate ex­cept in the case of au­toroute 10 where the traf­fic will use the other lane. The work will be done be­tween 9:00 am and 4:00 pm.
