A little step for a big cause
SATEDE,the Eastern Townships organization for autism and developmental disorders, will be holding its sixth solidarity march on Saturday, April 30th, at Parc Jacques Cartier, in Sherbrooke. The walk begins at 1:45 pm at the dance floor. People can get there early: there will be inflatable games and face-painting beginning at noon. There will also be door prizes for walkers.
These disorders affect between 60 and 70 people out of 10,000. The money raised will be used to provide services to families such as support services, conferences, a documentation centre and an information bulletin.
