New partner for Program Pair
Pair Program, which has been gaining in popularity since its re-launch a few months ago, has found a new partner to help pay for this free service. The Memphremagog MRC announced, on May 3rd, its financial support for a period of three years. This will allow not only the continuation of the program but will also allow the service to be offered to more people.

The Pair Program is a free service offered to seniors who either live alone or live with someone who would be unable to call for help if needed. Members of the service are contacted once or more times per day, automatically, to ensure they are safe. If the person doesn’t answer the automatic call, someone goes to their home to check on them. The program has saved lives.
