County Pro­duc­tions (KCP) has an­nounced its fall sched­ule of world-class mu­sic, the­ater, and dance to be per­formed in St. Johns­bury and Lyn­donville. “Af­ter a suc­cess­ful first se­ries, we’re thrilled to an­nounce a sec­ond sea­son, thanks to a sturdy net­work of spon­sors and sup­port­ers” said KCP Craven. “Our fall sea­son has some­thing for ev­ery­one. It in­cludes world-class Span­ish fla­menco dance, sly Ver­mont com­edy, sizzling New Or­leans jazz, and per­haps coun­try mu­sic’s great­est singer in fifty years.”

The KCP sea­son will kick off at 7pm, Thurs­day, Au­gust 25th when fas­tris­ing star TROM­BONE SHORTY and his 7-piece band, Or­leans Av­enue take the stage in St. Johns­bury. Na­tional Pub­lic Ra­dio’s Week­end Edi­tion re­cently an­nounced that Trom­bone Shorty was this year’s “hot ticket” at the New­port Jazz Fes­ti­val. The fall se­ries will close on Mon­day, De­cem­ber 19th, when Grammy-nom­i­nated fid­dling vir­tu­oso Natalie Mac­Mas­ter per­forms her spe­cial hol­i­day show, “A Cape Bre­ton Christ­mas.” Tick­ets are now on sale for all fall events at the Cata­mount Arts Re­gional Box Of­fice in St. Johns­bury by phone or in-per­son Mon­day through Satur­day, 11am to 6pm (802-748-2600). 24-hour on­line sales are avail­able at Cata­moun­tArts.org.
