Dion launches two more books

Pro­lific book writer and or­nithol­o­gist, An­dré Dion, has writ­ten two more books on his favourite sub­ject which will be launched on Oc­to­ber 27th, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, at the Ma­gog Town Hall. His nine­teenth and twen­ti­eth books, the first is en­ti­tled “Napoleon Alexan­dre Comeau au Smith­so­nian” and is a trib­ute to the great­est or­nithol­o­gist of Canada. The sec­ond is en­ti­tled “Plumes de ciel” and in­cludes texts by An­dré and his wife and fel­low ‘bird cham­pion’, France Dion. Beau­ti­ful pho­tographs by Jean-guy Moris­set are also fea­tured in the book.

Mr. Dion re­ceived the Palme d’or Guten­berg in 2007 and was nom­i­nated, in 2010, as a knight of the pres­ti­gious Or­dre de la Pleiade de la fran­co­phonie.
