Across- coun­try run­ning meet was held at Massey Vanier Re­gional last Wed­nes­day, Oc­to­ber 19th. Top fin­isher s were: ban­tam boys, James Marier (MVR), Samuel De Grace (Stanstead Col­lege), Oliver Gre­nier (AGRHS); ban­tam girls, Me­ganne Larocque (AGRHS), Sarah Landry (AGRHS), Marie-he­len Madore (AGRHS); ju­nior boys, Matt Dubois (BCS), An­drew Michel (MVR), Tim Le­feb­vre (MVR); ju­nior girls, Sa­man­tha Go­er­ling (BCS), Amy Glover (MVR), Amanda Smart (MVR); se­nior boys, Tyler Lynch (MVR), Chad Bean (BCS), Pa­trick De­lange (AGRHS); se­nior girls, Tr­isha Stretch (MVR), Jodi Chan (BCS), Kelly Fo­ran (SC). Af­ter three races of five, the ETIAC cross-coun­try re­sults have BCS in first with 132 points, Galt at sec­ond with 121 points, MVR third with 115 points, Stanstead Col­lege fourth with 69 points and Rich­mond Re­gional with 22 points.

The ETIAC cham­pi­onship soc­cer fi­nals be­gan yes­ter­day, con­tinue to­day, and will wind up this Satur­day. Stand­ings go­ing into the tour­na­ment have the Stanstead Col­lege se­nior boys in first, the BCS ju­nior boys in first and the Galt ban­tam boys in first.
