Qual­ity ser­vice at CSSSM

TheCen­tre de santé et de ser­vices so­ci­aux de Mem­phrem­a­gog (CSSSM) has been cer­ti­fied for the qual­ity of its ser­vices by Ac­cred­i­ta­tion Canada, a non-profit and in­de­pen­dent or­ga­ni­za­tion cer­ti­fied by the In­ter­na­tional So­ci­ety for Qual­ity Health Care. It pro­vides an ex­ter­nal ex­am­i­na­tion process, di­rected by teams of ex­perts, to eval­u­ate and im­prove the ser­vices of­fered to the clien­tele of na­tional and in­ter­na­tional health agen­cies. Al­most 600 users and their fam­i­lies and more than 500 pro­fes­sion­als, doc­tors and other per­son­nel, con­trib­uted to the eval­u­a­tion of the qual­ity of the CSSSM’S ser­vices.
