This year, over 1500 jobs will be offered at the Job Fair on Friday March 30 and Saturday March 31, 2012 at the Centre de Foires in Sherbrooke. Eastern Townships’ English-speaking job seekers should come and take advantage of this opportunity. CEDEC will be on-site at the Job Fair to provide support with bilingual resources and offer assistance in English.

Priorité Emploi first started as a job directory published in Sherbrooke’s local La Tribune newspaper. Over time, work- shops and conferences were offered, and in the year 2000 it become a full-scale Job Fair. Now Priorité Emploi is a much anticipated annual affair reuniting approximately 70 exhibitors, offering over 3,000 positions and attracting more than 4,500 visitors!
Since 2009, Priorité Emploi has been working hard at creating a profitable dynamic synergy bringing together a wide spectre of actors from the Estrie employment sector and labour market. Emploi Québec Estrie and La Tribune are the leaders of the project but are increasingly adding new partners to their planning committee.
